"Love is simpler and relationships are more fun than you've been led to believe," says Men are Easy author Lynn Rasmussen, "Too many beautiful, smart, and funny women have been taught: relationships take hard work, communication is the key, and change is difficult. It just isn't true is today's world."
Men are Easy was written to tell women to leave all that psycho-babble in the past and learn how to make their relationship effortless and their life more fun. Men Are Easy is finally going to make your relationship work. This handbook will keep your man happier and your life more fulfilled.
Author Lynn Rasmussen, whose advice will be featured in April's Cosmopolitan Magazine, applies simple solutions to complex problems that make life with a man easy.
Add some spice to your life by performing a sensuous, seductive strip tease for your lover. Gradually tease your partner, slowly removing one glove at a time, one bra strap at a time, demurely saving the best for last. Captivate your lover by translating your own strength and inner beauty into sensual movement. Below are some ideas to get you started.
Flaunt those feathers
Boas are fun and flirty. Saucily slide one round your lover's neck and draw him just close enough...or use it to strategically cover the naughty bits, letting it slip every now and then, for a quick, teasing glimpse.
Now that the robe is gone, you may be down to a bra, panties, thigh high stockings and stilettos. With a coy glance, shrub both bra straps off your shoulders. Then face away from him so he can see you unfastening your bra, but use one hand to keep the bra in place over your breasts. Turn back around to face your lover, and use your other hand and draw that bra out from beneath.
Thigh-high stockings really seal the deal. Prop one leg up on a chair, and let your fingers play along the lace trim. Then, maintaining eye contact, slowly roll the stocking down to your ankle, slip it off your heel and playfully drap it around your lover's neck.
For the coup d'etat, work the panties down to your knees, stand back up and looking at your lover, let them fall to the floor on their own. Delicately step out of them and strut your stuff to the bedroom. Have fun!
Although we didn't know it at the time, when I was 16, I met my future husband. He lived right down the street from me and went to my church.
From the moment I met him, I became enamored by his unique sense of humor and kindness. Within a month I knew that I wanted to marry him one day. However, he had big dreams of his own. He wanted to be a soldier and fight for his country.
Radio, TV star and psychologist Cooper Lawrence explains the power of scent and why indulging is healthy...
The next time you indulge in a little bit of chocolate or a quiet bath, don't feel guilty. Treating yourself and your family to life's little luxuries can be healthy. We asked Cooper Lawrence, a developmental psychologist and nationally syndicated radio host, to tell us about the health benefits of indulgences and how something as seemingly simple as scent can change the whole outlook of your day. What she had to say may surprise you.
When our nose runs, or our throat is sore, or we are stuck in bed with a fever, we take care of ourselves. Whether the remedy is medication from a doctor, chicken soup from mom, or just rest mixed with hours of daytime television, we pull out all the stops to get well again and get on with our lives. We all know that if we pretended there was nothing wrong, and went about life as usual working late, stressing out about getting all the chores done, or meeting friends to celebrate the weekend, we would wake up one day feeling far worse than before. Yet, when it comes to mental health, we do just the opposite.
At last, it's time to swap our sweaters and slacks for sultry summer dresses, sexy sandals and curvy swimsuits.

Ladies, it's time get your summer smooch on with peachy pink lips- the "it" lip color for this season.
"Peachy pink is great because it works well with all skin tones and is also easy to apply-unlike the red lips that were big this past winter and hard to pull off for most women," says celebrity makeup artist Belinda Moss. "Peachy pinks also complement a tan (from sunless tanner, not the real sun, ladies!), and give your skin an overall healthy glow."
Ready for a little fun in the sun? This season, keep your skin safe with a few tips from our friends at MyChelle
Sunscreen? Use It!
Sun protection only works if you apply it daily. Even if you are not planning on playing in the sun, wear it over your favorite nourishing cream in the am daily! If you are spending the day at the beach, reapply every two hours and after swimming.
