This month, I wanted to go with a Thanksgiving menu, but how BORING to do the same old turkey recipes with stuffing and mashed potatoes, yadda yadda. So instead, I figured I'd put in a turkey recipe for the LEFTOVERS (aside from the mandatory turkey sandwiches that are necessary while watching Thanksgiving Weekend college football games, of course).
