According to Dan...
Entrepreneurs / business owners come in all shapes and sizes. In fact, the one defining trait about them is they are so indefinable. Some of the most successful entrepreneurs didn't even go to high school, while others have dropped out of Harvard.

"Dreaming Big requires you to be in a victorious state of mind. In order to manifest your dreams in reality, it takes the heart of a champion positive thinking, and a great personality." Myisha Hill
Greetings, my name is Myisha Hill, and I am a 25 year old full time college student, single mother, pageant queen, future actress, and model. I currently reside in DeKalb, Illinois about 45 minutes west of Chicago.
Many of us struggle with the simple act of appreciating and complimenting the people around us. On a daily basis, many of us feel awkward or uncomfortable with the simple act of giving or receiving compliments with those around us.
Today in the office I had a conversation with a colleague and realized how sad it is that as people with differences we do not understand each other. If anything, we choose to hate each other instead.
My colleague is a white English lady and I am black. She was complaining to me that as she was entering the elevator the men who were African men were rude and went into the lift before her instead of being gentlemen and allowing her to go in first.
As I listened to her, I began laughing and obviously wanted to know why. The explanation was simple really: African men are raised to lead the way especially when entering an unknown environment. I made an example of myself that when I am with my husband returning to our home, he unlocks the doors and enters the house before me and our 3 year old son to ensure that the house is safe for us to enter. So, what these men had done was bestow the honour of respecting her as they have other African women.
