What’s a Printer Got To Do With Your Health? by Diana Howes

In the Beginning of August, a study was published indicating some laser printers give off fine particles of pollutant emissions. The emissions were noted to be on the same level as cigarette smoke. The study indicates that lungs may be susceptible in the same way they are to cigarette smoke, and in poor ventilated areas, some laser printers may be quite a health threat. The researchers indicate that exposure to these toxins can increase one's risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease.
